Zusammenfassung

Maersk is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to deliver world-class service via inbound and outbound calls. You will own the resolution of last-mile delivery problems, coordinating with customers, delivery teams, stores and warehouses to ensure satisfaction across the logistics journey.

In this role, you will communicate clearly in both languages, handle proofs of delivery, and stay aligned with Maersk values.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of contact center experience; retail knowledge is a plus.
• Customer service and/or direct call handling experience.
• Last-mile logistics/ transportation knowledge preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide world-class customer experience via inbound and outbound calls.
• Coordinate communication between customers, delivery teams, stores and/or warehouses.
• Comply with activities such as Proof of Delivery Tracking, chat, email or case assignment.
