TTI, Inc. is seeking a Branch Product Coordinator at our Guadalajara Global Resource Center. The role supports US-based sales branches by assisting the branch Product Management team with administrative tasks, renewals, and data management.

Proficiency in English and Spanish is required for all communications, both written and verbal. The position emphasizes clerical support, document management, and coordination with remote teams to ensure accurate records and timely renewals across supplier

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Able to perform alpha and numeric filing, and data entry.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Typing 40 words per minute.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewal of supplier and distributor agreements to keep terms current.
• Track renewal of design registrations to maintain access to pricing and support.
• Assist in renewing quote buy agreements with timely follow-up and records.
• Perform general administrative tasks and update system records for accuracy.
• Provide clerical support and manage documentation for product management activities.
• Coordinate effectively with remote branch product teams for communication.
