Würth Elektronik Group in Guadalajara seeks a bilingual Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our Finance team. You will manage collections and AR for the Americas, communicating with customers in English and Spanish and ensuring timely payments.

You will maintain records, coordinate with Sales and Finance, and streamline billing processes while building positive customer relationships. A Bachelor’s degree and AR/collections experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business/finance related field preferred.
• Experience in customer service, AR, collections, or related roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up with customers on open invoices and balances.
• Communicate with customers by email/phone in English and Spanish.
• Review accounts for overdue invoices or issues.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support customer portal activities and documentation.
• Follow up on payment dates and commitments.
• Escalate issues when needed.
• Assist AR reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate customer data in systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.
