Job summary

KOSTAL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage AR activities for US and Mexico customers in a high-volume automotive environment. You will oversee collections, cash application, reconciliations, and disputes, ensuring accurate reporting and strong cross-border relationships across teams.

The role collaborates with finance, sales, customer service, logistics, and manufacturing to maintain timely cash flow. Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in Accounts receivable.
• OEMs customer directly.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections activities for US & Mexico customer portfolios.
• Post and apply customer payments, research unapplied cash, and resolve remittances.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and month-end close support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AR processes.
