Nouryon is seeking an Account Manager, Polymer Specialties, to drive sales and profitability across Central America. You will manage customers, distributors, and agents while coordinating with internal teams to provide top-tier support and identify new business opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience in chemicals, full professional fluency in English and Spanish, and onsite work at the Los Reyes plant. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in chemical manufacturing or technical selling.

Aufgaben

• Grow sales and profitability across Central America for Polymer Specialties.
• Manage relationships with customers, distributors, agents, and Nouryon offices.
• Develop annual sales strategies and budgets for key customers/business partners.
• Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts and monitor performance against budget.
• Coordinate with Technical Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales teams to deliver strong support.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share, enter new markets, or introduce new products.
• Support customers on product selection, applications, properties, packaging, and pricing.
• Ensure contracts, pricing, and terms are accurate and followed.
• Handle CRM cases and resolve customer issues.
