Nouryon is seeking an Account Manager, Polymer Specialties, to drive sales in the Central America region. The role involves managing customers, distributors, and Nouryon offices, while collaborating with technical, marketing, customer service, and sales teams to deliver strong support and meet business objectives.

You will develop annual sales strategies, forecast accurately, and coordinate pricing and commercial offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in chemical manufacturing or technical selling environment.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales and profitability across the Central America region for Nouryon’s Polymer Specialties.
• Manage relationships with customers, distributors, agents, and Nouryon sales offices.
• Develop annual sales strategies and budgets for key customers and partners.
• Prepare accurate monthly sales forecasts and monitor performance against budget.
