Nouryon is seeking an Account Manager, Polymer Specialties, to drive sales growth and profitability across the Central America region from the Los Reyes La Paz plant in Estado de México. You will manage relationships with customers, distributors, and agents, and align with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

You will develop annual sales strategies, prepare forecasts, and guide pricing and commercial offers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in chemical manufacturing or technical selling.
• Experience managing B2B customers, distributors, or agents in the chemical industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; able to switch between languages with international teams.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week at our Los Reyes plant in Estado de México.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales and profitability across Central America for Polymer Specialties.
• Manage relationships with customers, distributors, and agents.
• Develop annual sales strategies and budgets for key customers and partners.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and monitor performance against budget.
• Coordinate technical support between Nouryon’s Tech Development and customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on market plans and growth opportunities.
