Nouryon is seeking an Account Manager, Polymer Specialties, to drive sales growth across Central America. You will manage customer, distributor, and agent relationships and work with technical, marketing, and service teams to deliver value.

The ideal candidate holds a Chemistry-related degree, has 3–5 years of B2B chemical sales experience, and is fluent in English and Spanish. This is an onsite role at the Los Reyes plant with a focus on strategic account management and market expansion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in chemical manufacturing or technical selling.
• Fully onsite, 5 days a week at our Los Reyes chemical plant.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales volume, profitability, and financial targets for Central America.
• Manage and grow customer, distributor, and agent relationships; develop new opportunities.
• Develop annual sales strategies and budgets for key customers and partners.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and monitor performance against budget.
• Recommend pricing strategies and provide commercial offers to customers.
• Coordinate with Distributors to support product knowledge and opportunities.
• Coordinate technical support between Nouryon’s Technical Development and customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on market strategies and account plans.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and enter new markets.
• Guide customers on product selection, applications, and availability.
