Kellanova is seeking a BI Data Analyst in Querétaro, Mexico to ensure reliable data powering reporting and strategic decisions across Latin America. You will collaborate with BI, data engineering, and business teams to load, validate, govern, and make data available on enterprise platforms.

• Experience with data quality, validation, and information management processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and querying data sources.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services and cloud-based data environments.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling and visualization.
• Advanced English proficiency.

As a BI Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, quality, and reliability of business data that powers reporting, analytics, and strategic decisions across the business. Working at the intersection of Business Intelligence, data engineering, and business teams, you will help transform complex data into trusted information that drives business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to gain regional exposure while supporting key initiatives that impact multiple functions across the organization.
In this role located in Querétaro, you will collaborate closely with BI teams, data engineers, and stakeholders across Latin America to ensure data is accurately loaded, validated, governed, and made available through enterprise data platforms. You'll also contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to automate processes, optimize data flows, and enhance the overall efficiency of information management.
A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Enable Trusted Business Data — Ensure critical business information is available, accurate, and reliable for reporting, analysis, planning, and decision-making activities across the organization.
• Partner Across Data & Business Intelligence Teams — Work closely with data engineers, Business Intelligence teams, and reporting stakeholders to support the effective use of enterprise data assets and dashboards.
• Validate & Govern Data Quality — Monitor, validate, and maintain data quality standards while supporting governance initiatives that improve consistency and integrity of information.
• Drive Process Automation — Identify opportunities to automate manual activities and improve data management processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Support Data Lake Operations — Collaborate with data platform teams to optimize the management, transformation, and consumption of information stored within enterprise data environments.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Experience working with data quality, validation, and information management processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL and experience querying data sources.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Services and cloud-based data environments.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling and visualization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret business information to support decision making.
• Advanced English proficiency
