Kellanova in Querétaro is seeking a Global Process Excellence Manager - GBS to lead continuous improvement and automation across our Global Business Services. Based in Querétaro with a hybrid work style, you will drive efficiency by standardizing processes, delivering automation, and leveraging analytics to unlock value across GBS.

You will collaborate with the F&A team and global leaders, coach teams in Lean Six Sigma practices, and help shape the digital platform architecture for GBS.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum Lean Six sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven Continuous Improvement experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable and sustainable improvements; F&A experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a global mindset and the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Strong Business English communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate ideation sessions, coach teams, and embed Lean Six Sigma and Kellanova Work Systems principles across GBS.
• Deliver automation, process intelligence, and analytics solutions while owning the digital platform architecture for GBS.
• Lead the development and maintenance of process taxonomy, process maps, desktop procedures, and standard ways of working.
• Track and report monthly efficiency gains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global scalability.
• Collaborate with global and regional leaders, IT, and external partners to drive impactful changes and share best practices.

Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and automation in Global processes? Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team in Querétaro as our Global Process Excellence Manager - GBS and help shape the future of operational excellence at Kellanova! In this role, you’ll drive efficiency across GBS by leading digital initiatives, standardizing processes, and unlocking value through automation and analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with the F &A Team and will help with innovation and standardization for all GBS areas. This role reports to the Continuous Improvement and Technology Director whilst enjoying a hybrid way of working. This role is based on Querétaro. A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing

• Continuous Improvement Leadership: Facilitate ideation sessions, coach teams, and embed Lean Six Sigma and Kellanova Work Systems principles across GBS.
• Digital Transformation: Deliver automation, process intelligence, and analytics solutions while owning the digital platform architecture for GBS.
• Process Governance: Lead the development and maintenance of process taxonomy, process maps, desktop procedures, and standard ways of working.
• Value Realization: Track and report monthly efficiency gains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global scalability.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with global and regional leaders, IT, and external partners to drive impactful changes and share best practices.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven Continuous Improvement experience, with a strong track record of applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable and sustainable improvements. F &A experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with strong strategic thinking, a global mindset, and the ability to influence without authority across functions and geographies.
• Ability to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities, develop effective solutions, and drive implementation through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong Business English communication and presentation skills.
