Job summary

Unilever is hiring a People Ops Specialist – Benefits to support reliable benefits delivery across the Americas from our Mexico location. You will work with Benefits, Payroll, Finance and vendor teams to ensure accurate processes, documentation and employee experience.

The role requires 1–3 years in HR Operations or Benefits, strong attention to detail and advanced English. A collaborative mindset and continuous improvement approach will help you thrive in a regional, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or Benefits Administration.
• Experience executing operational processes, data validation and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day benefits administration across the Americas, incl. life events, enrolments, terminations and vendor transactions.
• Coordinate recurring operational processes and maintain accurate benefits records.
• Support external benefits vendors with requests, issues and follow-ups.
• Coordinate secure information exchanges with vendors and internal partners.
• Partner with Payroll on inputs, validations, reconciliations and controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Rewards on benefits processes and vendor administration.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs and knowledge repositories.
• Support reporting, data validation, audits, and internal controls.
• Identify improvements and support practical service enhancements.
• Contribute to transformation projects improving employee experience and service delivery.
