Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Benefits Analyst to administer and optimize associate benefits across LATAM operations, including Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. You will benchmark programs, analyze costs, and collaborate with vendors to deliver health, retirement, and wellness initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and expert guidance for associates.

You will partner with HR Generalists and external vendors to ensure accurate benefits enrollment, communications, and cost control, supporting talent

• Develops benefit communications and counsels employees on benefit-related issues.
• Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws.
• Handles confidential documents and information.
