Hyde, part of Ennismore, is making its debut in Mexico City, delivering a festival-inspired hospitality experience. We are seeking a Bellperson who will be the first and lasting impression for guests, providing trusted, courteous service from arrival through departure.

You’ll warmly greet guests, assist with luggage and transportation, escort them to rooms, share local wellness and culture recommendations, and respond promptly to requests.

Formación

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays

Responsabilidades

• Warmly greet and farewell guests, assisting with luggage, transportation, and parking
• Escort guests to rooms, introducing resort amenities and services with confidence and clarity
• Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations on local wellness, culture, and adventure experiences
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and convenience at every stage
• Safely handle guest luggage, packages, and special belongings with care and discretion
• Maintain an orderly, polished atmosphere in lobby and public areas
• Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to deliver seamless guest journeys
• Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods
