Job summary

Hyde in Mexico City is seeking a friendly Bellperson to be the first impression for guests, guiding them from arrival through stay. You will handle luggage, assist with transportation, and introduce hotel services with a guest-centric approach while collaborating closely with Front Office and Concierge teams.

The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, clear communication, and a calm, professional demeanor across shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What You'll De Doing

Guest Connection

• Warmly greet and farewell guests,assistingwith luggage, transportation, and parking.
• Escort guests to rooms, introducing resort amenities and services with confidence and clarity.
• Provideaccurateinformation and thoughtful recommendations on local wellness, culture, and adventure experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and convenience at every stage.

Operational Excellence

• Safely handle guest luggage, packages, and special belongings with care and discretion.
• Maintain an orderly, polished atmosphere in lobby and public areas.

Team & Culture

• Collaborate with Front Office and Conciergeto deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods..

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
