Job summary

Hyde Hotels in Mexico City is seeking a warm, guest‑focused Bellperson to be the first impression of the hotel. You will assist with luggage, escort guests, and share trusted local recommendations, ensuring a smooth arrival and stay with calm professionalism.

You will work with Front Office and Concierge during peak periods, maintain a polished lobby presence, and handle guests’ belongings with care while delivering genuine hospitality and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

This role is about more than moving luggage, it’s about creating trust, reassurance, and ease from the moment our guests arrive. As a Bellperson, you are the first impression and a steady presence throughout their journey. With a natural service orientation, attention to detail, and calm professionalism, you ensure that every guest interaction is smooth, thoughtful, and memorable.

What You'll De Doing

Guest Connection

• Warmly greet and farewell guests, assisting with luggage, transportation, and parking.

• Maintain an orderly, polished atmosphere in lobby and public areas.

Team & Culture

• Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods. .

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent in English

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
