Job summary

Ennismore’s Hyde brand in Mexico City is seeking a Bellperson to be the first friendly, reassuring presence for guests. You’ll greet guests, assist with luggage, guide them to rooms, and share local recommendations with confidence and care.

Work alongside Front Office and Concierge to ensure seamless guest journeys, maintain a polished lobby, and respond to guest needs with calm professionalism during both peak and quiet periods.

Qualifications

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

• Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods..
