Overview

At MStar, we are transforming automotive financing in Mexico, and we need a strategic leader to drive our partnerships with manufacturers, financial institutions, banks, and key industry players.

Location: Mexico City – Availability to travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the national alliances strategy.
• Negotiate high-level agreements with dealership groups, banks, and insurance companies.
• Lead joint projects that drive growth, market share, and new business opportunities.
• Represent MStar with strategic partners and strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or commercial leadership within the automotive finance, banking, or insurance sector.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills at executive level.
• Strategic thinking, business vision, and results orientation.
• Advanced English (preferred).
