FrieslandCampina seeks a B2C Sales Support Officer in Mexico City to enhance sales operations and support cross-functional teams in the Latin America & Pacific region. The ideal candidate will coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include managing data and reports, supporting promotions, and assisting with customer onboarding, with an emphasis on organizational skills and customer focus. A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in sales support or customer service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily commercial operations with Sales and Finance.
• Manage master data, pricing, and discounts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for business reviews.
