Job summary

Quloi is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico to strengthen its digital presence and drive demand generation. You will own planning, creation, coordination, publishing and analysis of marketing content across digital channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and B2B SaaS audiences.

This hands-on role requires coordinating with designers, producing versatile content formats, and delivering measurable results through monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in content or digital marketing, or related roles.
• Strong written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Experience creating content for B2B audiences and managing LinkedIn presence.
• Experience collaborating with designers and managing creative production.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and demand generation; able to analyze performance data.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly content calendar and plan content two weeks ahead.
• Manage LinkedIn content strategy and publishing for B2B audience.
• Write copy for LinkedIn ads, landing pages, emails and other campaigns.
• Create and repurpose content in multiple formats (posts, blogs, whitepapers, ebooks, etc.).
• Prepare clear creative briefs and collaborate with designers.
• Track reach, engagement, traffic and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Support employer-branding content with HR.
