Job summary

Confidential in Querétaro, Mexico seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to transform the company YouTube channel into its primary demand-generation engine. You will own end-to-end video content strategy—planning, production, distribution, and optimization—plus oversee campaigns across paid, organic, and nurturing channels.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in growth marketing, experience with YouTube content, and a background in B2B industrial sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing with a B2B focus.
Hands-on experience managing a YouTube channel or video content strategy with measurable growth.
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sectors preferred.
Google Ads and HubSpot Marketing Software certifications current and valid.
Native Spanish with professional English for vendor comms and events.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end video content strategy to fuel demand generation in the Mexican industrial market.
Plan, script, and oversee production of machine demos, tutorials, testimonials, and case studies.
Optimize videos for YouTube search and distribution across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other channels.
Develop and manage paid, organic, and nurture campaigns using video assets.
Set up marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and monitor lifecycle stages.
Lead SEO, website CRO, and landing page optimization to improve conversions.
Collaborate with sales to align on lead qualification and SLAs.
Coordinate trade show/video content capture and post-event campaigns.
