We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team in Chihuahua, Mexico. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives by creating engaging media content, managing paid advertising campaigns, and coordinating blog and nurturing campaign content. Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation:
  • Develop and schedule engaging media content for platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize future posts.
• Paid Campaign Management:
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Track campaign performance and report on ROI.
• Content Coordination:
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and subject-matter experts to produce blog articles and other long-form content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
• Nurturing Campaigns:
  • Assist in designing and executing email marketing workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Marketing Support:
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and coordination.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for content and campaign development.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
