Pearl Talent is hiring a Marketing Manager for a design-forward web agency client. You will own content strategy, publish cadence across LinkedIn and email, and drive multi-channel storytelling with internal designers.

This is a fully remote role serving LATAM and the Philippines, with a multi-year growth path in a fast-moving agency environment. The role requires 3–5 years of B2B content marketing, ownership of a content calendar, and hands-on experience with email platforms and design tools.

Formación

• 3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience at a digital agency, SaaS company, or professional services firm.
• End-to-end ownership of a multi-channel content calendar (LinkedIn, email, blog) with a sustained publishing cadence.
• Work examples of B2B case studies, LinkedIn content, or email campaigns previously owned.
• Email marketing platform experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, or equivalent) including full campaign builds from copy through send.
• Experience reviewing creative work in Figma and coordinating revisions with design teams.
• Asana and Google Docs/Sheets for content tracking; strong written English.

Responsabilidades

• Audit the content backlog and publish-ready assets across channels.
• Manage the content calendar and publishing cadence for LinkedIn, email, and Instagram.
• QA case studies and marketing assets for storytelling and brand consistency.
• Own strategy and cadence for the company newsletter.
• Coordinate with designers, PMs, and leadership via Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Monitor and report on publishing hygiene and performance.
