Tensec seeks a senior B2B account manager based in Monterrey to own a portfolio of trading, freight, and shelter partners, handling onboarding through growth. You will translate partner needs into commercial outcomes and contribute to product improvements.

You will build executive relationships, manage a book of accounts, and drive TPV growth while collaborating with product, compliance, and ops teams.

Competenze

3–5 years in B2B account management, FX brokerage, trade finance, international payments, or commercial banking.
Working knowledge of global trade and freight industries and cross-border mechanics.
Strong product sense and ability to translate client needs into product/ops actions.
Fluency in Spanish (native) with professional English skills.

Mansioni

Build executive-level relationships with CFOs and treasury leads at trading houses and logistics firms.
Own a portfolio of accounts and drive TPV growth across them.
Identify upsell opportunities across corridors and product lines.
Understand partner payment, FX, and trade/freight structures and demonstrate value.
Translate client needs into structured feedback for product/ops teams.
Lead discovery conversations and deliver commercial proposals and ROI analyses.
