Lyft in Mexico City is seeking a Software Engineer for Autonomous Vehicles to help build integrations and scalable services that power our self-driving platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Science, and Operations teams to shape the product direction, write clear documentation, and drive code quality through reviews and best practices, while delivering measurable business impact in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• BS/MS or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; relevant work experience.
• Experience in distributed systems and databases (relational or NoSQL).
• Python or Golang experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Help establish roadmap and architecture based on technology and understanding of customer needs
• Write well-crafted, well-tested, readable, maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge
• Share your knowledge by giving brown bags, tech talks, and promoting appropriate tech and engineering best practices
• Can help lead large projects from idea to positive execution
• Unblock, support and communicate with internal partners to achieve results
