Mondelez International in Monterrey is seeking a manufacturing engineer focused on continuous improvement on the production floor. You will work with line leaders to drive safety, quality, cost and delivery targets, identify losses, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements using IL6S, TPM and Six Sigma.

The role requires hands-on coaching, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; experience with SAP is preferred and advanced Excel

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in modern manufacturing methods is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement autonomous maintenance on assigned lines.
• Coach and develop line teams in IL6S/TPM.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to increase operational efficiency.
• Support audits and certifications and site process improvements.
