Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience for undergraduates or 4–6 years for post-graduates in business research or strategy consulting across Automotive ecosystem.
• Hybrid work setup with 4 days on-site (Mexico City) or at a client location.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (C1–C2) and able to lead discussions, deliver presentations, and manage stakeholders.
• Strong data analytics capabilities with Excel/Tableau/Python/Alteryx and translating analysis into client-ready deliverables.
• Travel is required, with regional travel varying by project needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead managing one project/team in Mexico for AMS CoE, overseeing delivery and team leadership.
• Demonstrate leadership, ownership and a problem-solving mindset to create value.
• Translate client context into actionable research problems and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop relationships with Americas case teams and maintain consistent delivery.
• Recruit, coach, and build a high-performing team with a focus on capability development.
• Provide day-to-day coaching on work-planning, problem solving and consulting toolkit.
• Deliver performance reviews and maintain trust-based relationships at all levels.
• Act as a Bain culture ambassador and brand representative.
