Job summary

Minth México seeks a Project Engineer to lead automotive programs with Asian OEM customers from kickoff to production. You will coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet timing and cost targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive project management, experience with launches, and advanced English proficiency. Responsibilities include customer liaison and ensuring PPAP, SOP readiness and smooth transfer of programs.

Qualifications

• Requires 3-5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience with new product launches and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from kick-off through PPAP, SOP, and production stabilization.
• Act as main point of contact with OEMs or Tier 1 customers.
• Coordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.
• Manage timing, costs, engineering changes, risks, and recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate program transfers from China to Mexico.
