Bain & Company in Mexico City is seeking a Practice Consultant (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) to advance strategy, build capability, and deliver client value. You’ll work with our global supply chain team to design, deploy, and refine IP while shaping leadership and talent development across projects.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for building practical, data-driven insights in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BA or equivalent, MBA preferred.
• 4 years of professional experience; consulting background.
• Supply Chain / Operations experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead complex research and present insights.
• Excellent PowerPoint and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support solution design, development, and delivery of IP across priority supply chain themes.
• Develop personal expertise in priority areas such as planning and digital supply chain.
• Assist client development efforts and provide direct support to consulting teams.
• Contribute to IP deployment, marketing content, and external materials.
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders to improve impact.
• Assist with knowledge capture and coaching of junior team members.
• Demonstrate leadership and collaborate with Bain partners and clients.
