Bain & Company in Mexico City is seeking a Manager for its Customer Center of Excellence to drive proposal development and commercial acceleration across sectors. You will partner with leadership to translate client needs into compelling narratives and high-quality solutions.

You’ll lead discussions with senior stakeholders, build a high-performing team, coach juniors, and champion GenAI adoption plus rapid app-building platforms to speed research, demos, and assets.

Formación

• Graduate degree preferably in engineering, science, commerce, business, or economics, with an MBA.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years in a consulting environment.
• Experience owning end-to-end client sales collateral and winning pursuit strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Own development of high-impact sales collateral, proposals, decks, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Lead discussions with senior stakeholders and build a high-performing team.
• Champion GenAI tools to accelerate research, demos, and internal tools construction.
• Manage multiple workstreams across teams and coordinate capacity and delivery risk.
