Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design, develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and remanufacturing processes for automotive components.

You will ensure standardization of disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair and assembly, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Advanced English and 2–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Advanced English.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process engineering or automotive manufacturing.
• Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, monitor, and optimize manufacturing and remanufacturing processes for automotive components.
• Ensure operations comply with quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards and customer requirements.
• Standardize disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, recovery, assembly, and testing processes.
• Promote continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
