Job summary

TERREPOWER is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to design, develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and remanufacturing processes for automotive components.

You will ensure standardization of disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair and assembly, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Advanced English and 2–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Advanced English.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process engineering or automotive manufacturing.
• Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Minitab.

Responsibilities

Job description

The candidate for this position will be responsible for design, develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the manufacturing and remanufacturing processes for automotive components, ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with the quality, safety, productivity, and cost standards established by the organization and in compliance with customer requirements.

Ensure the standardization of processes for the disassembly, inspection, cleaning, repair, recovery, assembly, and functional testing of automotive components, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required Technical Knowledge

• Lean Manufacturing.
• Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, AMEF, MSA, and SPC.
