Eaton’s Vehicle VGNA division seeks a Factory Manager in San Luis Potosí to oversee site operations, ensure EHS and quality policy compliance, and align manufacturing with global strategy. You’ll report to the Plant Director and steer budgets, equipment, and cross‑functional teams to meet production targets and cost goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields, 7+ years in manufacturing leadership, strong English, and proven Lean/Six Sigma and continuous

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, engineering or related fields required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, cost planning and environmental health and safety.
• English language capability, speaking, reading and writing required.
• Experience with manufacturing operations, budgeting and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast labor requirements, manage budgets and capital expenditure.
