The role includes managing strategies for cost reduction, staffing, and optimizing resources while ensuring quality standards. Strong leadership and knowledge of continuous improvement frameworks are essential. Compensation details will be provided post-separation announcement.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of plant manufacturing operations and business leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety.
