Valeo in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and develop a team within our Manufacturing organization. You will manage onboarding, daily planning, training actions, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on the plant floor.

Responsibilities include coordinating training plans, monitoring certification processes, maintaining performance boards, driving continuous improvement through TPM, 5S, and Kaizen, and aligning with MPS, SQCDM, and production

Formación

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to implement safety, health and environmental standards.
• Experience with training, certifications and performance boards.

Responsabilidades

• Manage induction of all newcomers and training actions.
• Plan and organize training to develop team autonomy.
• Monitor certifications and update flexibility grid in real time.
• Oversee daily absenteeism, holidays and safety rule enforcement.
• Ensure standard stops, genba checks, and timely operator time validation.
• Lead monthly meetings to review team objectives and performance.
• Conduct appraisals, salary reviews and career discussions.
• Perform on-the-job training daily and enforce site rules.
• Drive continuous improvement with TPM, 5S, Kaizen and QRQC.
• Coordinate with support functions to meet SQCDM and inventory targets.
