Lear Corporation seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead our automotive manufacturing facility in San Luis Potosí, Mexico. You will manage material and human resources to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while driving operational profitability and continuous improvement.

You will shape the plant's strategy, deploy 5S and ISO standards, and lead a high-performing manufacturing team in a bilingual, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Proven track record in operations management within the automotive supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of JIT/JIS sequencing, automotive interiors quality standards, and EHS regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategies to achieve the plant vision, mission, and long-term goals and plans.
• Execute and track performance metrics across all departments.
• Deploy and maintain the corporate Operational Model to achieve plant certification.
• Standardize safety, health, and environmental programs (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Enforce corporate compliance and risk-prevention programs.
• Sustain workplace organization and efficiency utilizing 5S.
