Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Juarez South Campus team. You will communicate with automotive customers, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain service levels while using ERP systems.

English proficiency and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. Responsibilities include tracking metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and ensuring accurate data in customer portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting automotive customers.
• Knowledge of customer portals and order management processes.
• Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Advanced conversational English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries with high-quality service.
• Handle enquiries, resolve problems, and aim for one-call resolution.
• Maintain CS standards under high-pressure situations and high call volume.
• Interpret customer needs and provide solutions.
• Identify when customers require training and provide guidance.
• Maintain clear speaking and writing in English and minimize jargon.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on KPIs.
• Review demand and flag risks to internal teams.
• Keep ERP systems and portals accurately updated.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and SLAs.
• Generate reports on demand, shipments, inventory, and service metrics.
