Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field.
• Experience supporting automotive customers is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer portals and order management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers and deal with inquiries, using system applications to provide high-quality service.
• Handle enquiries, resolve problems and complaints with care and aim for one-call resolution.
• Maintain customer service standards in high-volume situations and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
• Interpret customer needs and identify solutions; train customers when needed.
