Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU is seeking an Asset & Technology Leader to coordinate site maintenance, facilities, and technology programs to support SQCDSM metrics and ensure 100% compliance with local regulations and HSE standards.

The role drives Lean Six Sigma integration, preventive and predictive maintenance, data management, and governance, while coaching operating teams and aligning with key stakeholders.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Progressive Maintenance (PM) maintenance and TPM tools.
• Ability to lead a line and coach process owners across the operation.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Building and Facilities maintenance programs and Capex/Opex budgets.
• Manage asset data, contracts with service providers and SLA adherence.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and manufacturing standards.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce downtime and improve maintenance effectiveness.

You will be accountablefor the coordination and enabling the site Asset & technology leader in the overall lossprevention of the plant equipment and process technology, site facilities & buildings to support delivery of theSQCDSM metrics.You will ensure un-interrupted service is provided by 100% compliance to Local legalregulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Co-ordinate the execution of Building Maintenance program, Facilities maintenance program, Capexmanagement &OPEX(M&R) budgets, site Technology & Automation maintenance, Asset & Master datamanagement, Service providers/ OEM-original equipment mfg. contracts & SLA-site level agreement adherence,adherence to Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements are adhered to.
• Implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working:delivering zero breakdowns viapreventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams; PM(Progressive Maintenance) Pillar, and CBM (condition based monitoring), Visual controls & tools Mgmt., Losselimination, Lubrication mgmt. & Calibration of equipment(s) etc.
• Role model Values and principles through effective coaching, and building capability of Operating teams viaspecific training on routine maintenance, equipment breakdown and CIL techniques
• Interface with key stakeholders internally & externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, align priorities in order todeliver the company objectives, and goals.

• Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently, including the execution ofAM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM -Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.
• The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Qualify and coach the next level work process owners and drive thecommon opportunity areas across the line in PDCA-Plan Do Check Adjust approach.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP systems. Excellentcommunication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration andrelationship management skills.
