Troesser & Co. GmbH is seeking an experienced Associate Partner in Monterrey to lead transformation, restructuring, and operations optimization engagements. You will drive delivery excellence, manage senior client stakeholders, and contribute to business development in the Northeast region.

The role combines client-facing leadership with a hands-on approach to delivering tangible operational and financial improvements, while collaborating with Partners to grow the firm’s footprint in the region.

Formación

• 5-10 years of hands-on leadership in transformation, restructuring and operations optimization.
• Strong track record delivering complex engagements and measurable impact.
• Experience in business development and client relationship support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end transformation, restructuring, and operations optimization engagements with measurable impact.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and translate strategy into execution plans.
• Support partners in business development, proposals, and client discussions.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of performance improvement initiatives.
• Shape and implement practical solutions anchored in transformation methodologies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor consultants and managers.
