PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Senior Associate to enhance client financial operations, assess processes, and implement cost-saving solutions. You will guide financial systems implementations and support shared services, while mentoring team members and delivering strategic insights.

The role focuses on improving decision-making and financial strategy through data-driven approaches within our Finance practice in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze client financial needs and develop tailored solutions to optimize performance.
• Assess and improve efficiency of financial operations within client organizations.
• Design and implement solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls.
• Provide guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation.
• Manage financial shared services to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness.
• Use financial data mining and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Support financial forecasting and budgeting to align with client goals.
• Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for financial strategy improvement.
• Mentor junior team members to develop skills in financial operations.
