PwC México is seeking a Senior Associate to help shape strategy and transform client operations. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver executive-ready insights that drive sustainable performance improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or related field.
• 4–7 years total experience; 2–5 years in operations/supply chain/transformation preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with data querying/visualization or BI tools is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Structure analyses, synthesize insights, and create executive-ready materials.
• Map current-state processes/operating models; identify constraints and value opportunities.
• Support future-state design of processes, roles, KPIs, and enabling technology.
• Facilitate client interviews and working sessions; capture decisions, risks, and actions.
• Maintain high-quality PMO hygiene (plans, RAID, status) and contribute to methodology assets.
• Collaborate across Mexico–India–US teams; iterate quickly on feedback and ensure consistent ways of working.
