• 5–10 years of hands-on leadership in business transformation, restructuring, and operations optimization.
• Strong track record in executing complex transformation and performance-improvement engagements.
• Experience leading client engagements and delivering tangible operational and financial results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end transformation, restructuring, and operations optimization engagements with measurable impact.
• Serve as trusted adviser to senior executives, translating strategy into executable plans.
• Support Partners in business development and pursuing opportunities in transformation areas.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of performance-improvement projects through delivery excellence.
• Shape practical solutions anchored in proven methodologies and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Mentor consultants and managers, ensuring rigorous delivery standards.
• Build regional market insight to inform delivery and commercial efforts.
