Schneider Electric is seeking an Entry-Level Digital Power Order Management Associate to support the full order lifecycle from release to closeout. You will connect customers with internal teams, ensuring accurate execution and timely communication in a hybrid work model.

This role offers exposure to order fulfillment, cross-functional project coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives in a global setting.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, or related function.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate Digital Power orders from release to shipment, invoicing, and closeout.
  • Manage order backlog and support on-time delivery performance.
  • Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
  • Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate supplier interactions and order tracking within SAP and internal systems.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, escalations, and customer issues.
  • Support reporting, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate order documentation and records.

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Entry-Level Digital Power Order Management Associate - Entry Levelto support the successful execution of customer orders throughout the order lifecycle. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order execution, timely communication, and an exceptional customer experience.

As part of the Digital Power team, you will coordinate orders from release through shipment, invoicing, and closeout while collaborating with Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build experience in order management, customer operations, supply chain, and cross-functional project coordination.

What will you do?
  • Coordinate Digital Power orders throughout the full order lifecycle, from order release to shipment, invoicing, and closeout.
  • Manage order backlog and support on-time delivery performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
  • Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution.
  • Coordinate supplier interactions, purchasing activities, and order tracking within SAP and internal systems.
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks, escalations, and customer issues.
  • Support reporting, process improvement initiatives, and customer experience enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate order documentation and records.
What qualifications will help you be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, project coordination, or a related business function.
  • Advanced English proficiency (required).
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing order fulfillment processes in a manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment.
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric systems, including ESPS, SMS, and SAP S/4HANA is a PLUS.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
