Jobtailor in Mexico is seeking a logistics professional with SAP expertise to manage sales orders in SAP, coordinate readiness dates, shipments, and payments, and ensure export documentation is prepared and submitted for timely clearances.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP SD/S4Hana, MS Office, and strong English, Hindi, and Bengali communication, plus knowledge of export/import processes to support efficient logistics operations.

Formación

Minimum qualification: Graduation (with fair knowledge in Basic Mathematics & its application); BBA, BCOM, MBA, PGDM is a preference.
Having working experience of MS-Office, especially Excel, Word & Powerpoint
Having end-user experience in SAP SD, SAP S4Hana.
Fluency in writing and speaking English, Hindi, Bengali.
Experience with background in Export/Import/Logistics

Responsabilidades

Enter sales orders in SAP as per information from sales.
Coordinate and follow up with plants for readiness date, transportation, forwarder, customer and sales for smooth supply of materials.
Create shipment bookings, check Bill of Lading and coordinate with customer, sales and forwarder for required shipment dates and resolve shipment issues.
Coordinate with sales and customer for payments and arrange for payment settlement for all orders and update Collection Management in SAP.
Arrange and prepare export shipping documents required for clearing material and submit to banks.
Analyze customer’s credit worthiness & apply internal credit limit in SAP.
Produce various reports & troubleshoot as part of the process.
