BRP's SAP Center of Expertise seeks a driven SAP professional to support SAP SD/SCM, including Vistex components like IA, and gATP/aATP. You will collaborate with FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM and TM, design and implement SAP solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs and go-live readiness.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of SAP SD configuration in ECC/S4HANA, strong English, and a proactive, collaborative approach to continuous improvement within BRP's SAP CoE.

Formación

• Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SD (ECC and/or S/4).
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• 3+ years of SAP SD configuration experience.

Responsabilidades

POSITION OBJECTIVE

This position is part of BRP's SAP Center of Expertise (CoE), a cross‑functional team of technical and business process experts. The SAP CoE drives support and continuous improvement across various domains to help the organization achieve its strategic goals and growth objectives. We’re looking for driven, curious, and proactive individuals who are eager to grow with us on this exciting journey.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support for incident resolution, system enhancements, and projects related to the SAP SD and SCM modules, including Vistex, gATP and aATP components.
• Support work related to integration with FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, EWM, and TM modules.
• Collaborate with key business users to enhance the effectiveness of SAP solutions.
• Participate in analysis, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Ensure specifications meet business requirements while respecting our guidelines.
• Work closely with AMS teams and external partners to support application maintenance and improvements.
• Support integration points with other modules and domains.
• Develop and maintain functional and design specifications independently or with minimal supervision.
• Participate in peer reviews of design standards and specifications.
• Assist in the transition from project delivery to application support teams, with some ownership of handoff processes.
• Participate in the transition and handoff from the project delivery team to the application support team.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Experience with gATP and aATP.
• Practical knowledge of Vistex Incentive Administration (IA), Agreement Management, Rebates, Transactional Model, Composite Model.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain and sales processes, including integration points with FI/CO, MM, PP, EWM, TM.
• Ability to implement SAP best practices and contribute to solution design.
• Familiarity with S/4HANA processes and experience in data migration and cutover activities.
• Active role in internal and external brainstorming and management meetings to advance technical solutions.
• Experience working with third‑party integrations with SAP.
• Solid understanding of S4 HANA processes.
• High‑level experience with cutover, go‑live and data migration.
• Training skills to share and transmit knowledge to peers.
• Dynamic, innovative & problem‑resolution focus with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to constantly adapt and perform in ever‑evolving environments and business realities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or equivalent by experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SAP configuration experience in SD (ECC and/or S/4).
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
