OPmobility is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to analyze and monitor data across SAP MM/PP/SD modules, troubleshoot IDOC issues, and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SAP, and advanced English proficiency to support global operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Production Planning.
• Hands-on SAP experience in MM, PP, and SD.
• Experience monitoring IDOC and managing COGI transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Advanced English written and verbal proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of reporting or data visualization helpful.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and monitor Supply Chain data to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support daily SAP transactions and troubleshoot system issues across planning processes.
• Investigate and resolve IDOC errors for accurate data integration.
• Manage and support COGI transactions with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis and reporting for inventory, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data accuracy.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor Supply Chain performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

• Analyze and monitor Supply Chain data to identify operational issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support daily SAP transactions and troubleshoot system-related issues across Supply Chain planning processes.
• Investigate and resolve IDOC errors to ensure accurate and timely data integration between systems.
• Manage and support COGI transactions, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support inventory management, production planning, logistics, and order fulfillment activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support and optimize business processes within SAP, primarily in the MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) modules.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to provide visibility into Supply Chain performance and support decision-making.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Production Planning, or related areas.
• Hands‑on experience working with SAP, specifically within MM, PP, and SD modules.
• Practical experience with IDOC monitoring and resolution and COGI transaction management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret and manage large datasets.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and data visualization tools is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
