Sitetracker is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team. You will work with customers at all stages of the journey from implementation to go-live as they deploy and adopt the Sitetracker platform.

As the main point of contact, you will define Sitetracker's value by aligning capabilities with customer goals, owning adoption and advocacy to ensure retention and growth.

Formación

• Experience delivering in a B2B customer success role.
• History of managing mid-tier accounts and renewals.
• Excellent written communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to align product capabilities with customer goals.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main point of contact to drive adoption and renewals.
• Develop action plans and KPIs with customers.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to relay requests.
• Build strategic account plans and cultivate referenceable customers.
• Create executive-level stakeholder communications.
