Under Armour in Mexico seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the floor leadership and drive daily operations. You will coach teammates, deliver results, and lead initiatives to create a high-performing, customer-centered store environment.

The role emphasizes staff development, merchandising excellence, and collaboration with the Store Manager to meet sales and brand standards while embracing UA values and guest experiences.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology (hand-held and mobile devices).
• Strong communication skills.
• Can lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg during shifts.
• Knowledge of employment laws and local requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Support the business plan by driving sales, profitability and key store objectives.
• Recruit, hire, coach and retain a high-performing team.
• Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time decisions.
• Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to maximize productivity.
• Direct merchandising to maintain brand standards and a well-presented floor.
• Monitor loss prevention standards and audit results.
• Lead ownership of Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain cross-area experience.
• Support omni-channel efforts through apps and social campaigns.
• Deliver a clear vision aligning with UA core competencies and behaviors.
• Drive teammate engagement and recognition for strong performance.
• Address performance issues and communicate with Store Manager.
• Collaborate on reinforcing Under Armour policies and procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
