Job summary

Homma Talent seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily hotel restaurant operations with passion and creativity. The role requires strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills, plus a solid work ethic and customer-focused mindset.

You will train and motivate staff, manage guest relations, and ensure quality wine and beverage service while complying with all applicable laws. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered, including relocation and accommodations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary/Hospitality management or related field.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/assistant manager experience in Food & Beverage.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Due to visa restrictions, only Mexico and Canada nationals considered (TN visa).
• Relocation bonus up to 8% of annual salary.
• Up to 1 month of accommodation in the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, evaluate, and coach all restaurant staff to meet standards.
• Be visible in operation, recognize staff, and handle guest concerns and requests.
• Provide expert wine and spirits knowledge and ensure quality of food/beverage items.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
