Role Description

The Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based at Gaviana Resort in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. The Assistant will support daily resort and restaurant operations, including coordinating guest requests, answering inquiries, and providing information about services and amenities. Responsibilities may include assisting with reservations, organizing documents, handling basic administrative tasks, and communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth service. The role also involves maintaining organized workspaces, monitoring supplies, and supporting special events or guest activities as needed. The Assistant is expected to respond promptly and professionally to guests and colleagues, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment.
